English as a Foreign Language
& Tourism Retreat
English classes in Costa Rica?  A very logical combination for Go Tico! co-owner Sara, who is a certified English as a Second Language instructor and has been teaching ESL for over 17 years and recently taught English short-courses at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  Join us in 2021 for 8 days of English immersion: live in one of our two cabins in our Costa Rican community of La Flor, engage in 24+ hours of direct English instruction with morning and afternoon classes, shared meal times with our family (all in English, of course!), and lunch-time English cooking classes.  On alternate days, we will tour the region, engaging in English-only tours and discussions to practice and refine your English skills.
